Despite a difficult economic environment, the Sacco has achieved positive results and we want to express our gratitude to the members who have utilized our services and remained loyal savers.
The Sacco aims to continue and improve the returns on both shares and savings deposits and continues to reward the members in terms of deposit interest.
We started with a modest rate of 3.25% interest in 2020. We doubled the interest to 7.3% in 2021 for the main
savings. In line with increase in our loan book and diversified investment, Members will receive an
interest rate of 7.5% for the main savings.
To encourage members to use various savings products, the society revised the fixed deposit interest to 8% for one year period.
Other savings products will continue to earn interest in line with our main savings product.
To this end, once again, thank you very much for continued support and we look forward to
another fruitful year 2023.
